Job description

Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Operations Administrator. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.
THE ROLE
As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to Senior Management
Managing Operations inbox and meeting rooms calendar
Supporting reception team with answering incoming calls and processing pre-mobilisation drug screen reports when required
Liaising with multiple pathology providers to ensure the Linkforce application is up to date
Organising staff functions and office events
Issuing and distributing purchase orders using PRONTO
Preparing and distributing multiple monthly reports to Management and scheduling of meetings
Developing and delivering Business communications.
Processing invoices for payment
Liaising with personnel to retrieve various assets and equipment from site
Managing and ordering office supplies and consumables to keep operations running smoothly
Providing ad hoc administrative assistance to other departments as required
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1 + years' experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
Be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
Microsoft Office Suite MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
A well-presented, ‘people person,’ who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner
