The Role:
Reporting to our Warehouse Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the warehouse operations and logistics in all functions of support services for the WA warehouse Team
- General administrative duties around transport/logistics and transport management system (TMS)
- Develop/maintain excellent professional relationships with all Sales staff and all Branch Office support staff.
- Participation in specific project related tasks as required.
- Ensure the effective and responsible use of all company resources.
- Understand and abide by all company policies including business expense reimbursement via Concur.
- Conduct work in line with the company Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Take meeting minutes and action OHS administrative duties
- Provide timely internal and external customer satisfaction reporting as required.
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager

Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an Administration/Support role
- Reliable and punctual (must be available full-time)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be computer literate (experience with Pronto would be advantageous upon application)
- Previous role as First Aider/Health and Safety Representative would be highly regarded
