About the role
The purpose of the Operations Advisor Commercial Motor role is to provide a high level of support to the Commercial Motor Leadership team in the efficient and effective operation of the team, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. Support the Claims Team in the delivery of key activities as well as providing support to the leadership team in operationalising the business strategy.
What you'll do
- Accountability and preparation and/or review of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting for relevant team leaders and managers
- Manage the communications of key reporting and other operational information/ updates to Leadership team and other relevant parties though the use of varied communication channels
- Assist Managers with collation of key reporting on performance results at a team and individual level
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to various stakeholders.
- Support the operation of the team through maintenance of systems access, telephony, and other support activities as required to ensure the effective functioning of all Commercial Motor teams.
- Manage FTE tracking and OPS data validation for claims teams.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience working within a customer service environment in a comparable role
- Computer literacy and navigational skills using multiple systems simultaneously (ie. Excel)
- General Insurance knowledge, Claims process knowledge and ClaimCenter experience (desired)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop/recommend solutions and courses of action by using an information base to identify key issues
- Proven influencing skills, with the ability to influence in the absence of reporting line authority.
