About the Role
You will contribute to the day-to-day management of theOffice of the Executive Director and be a highly organised individual who can work across boundaries, multiple initiatives and influence others to deliver clear, creative and future-focused advice in a dynamic environment.
The role requires you to investigate and analyse issues, lead and influence others, use your ability to communicate complex concepts and make informed customer-led recommendations to senior and executive management.
What We're Looking for in Our Principal Advisor
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across a number of Regional Operations priorities and projects
- Exceptional writer and communicator
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
- Great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Innovative and collaborative
- Knowledge/understanding in an infrastructure service provision setting is beneficial
