As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing strategic planning, managing stakeholder engagement, and providing expert logistical and capability assessments.
To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
- Develop and continuously refine strategic registers and opportunity tracking systems.
- Manage contracts and engage with stakeholders on staffing, resources, and budget matters.
- Provide expert advice on future capabilities, identifying gaps and risks, to senior leadership.
- Support development of Modelling and Simulation Concept of Operations, and management of associated tasks and deadlines for delivery
- Advise on logistic impacts for future missions, including key resources and supply chain needs.
- Contribute to capability and force structure planning, including new concepts and requirements.
- Apply Mission Engineering methodologies to ensure client outcomes are continually met to a high standard.
A real endeavour, driven by you
Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Understanding of military operations in the Air, Space and/or Joint domains
- Experience in operational or intelligence analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
- You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TSPV clearance.
More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
