Key Responsibilities:
- Process managed fund orders, ensure timely settlement of securities, and manage asset transfers with precision.
- Uphold high standards of conduct, ensuring compliant and customer-centric operational support.
- Perform daily reporting, reconciliations, and checklist completion.
- Execute managed fund trades and manage the settlement of domestic and international transactions
- Process trade amendments and cancellations as required
- Process asset transfers accurately according to client instructions and market deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
