About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Operations Analyst at Elsevier to join our Health-Operations team based in Sydney office on 4 days a week basis reporting to the Operations Manager.
As an Operations Analyst, you will manage daily supply chain operations and conduct data analytics. You'll assist the Operations Manager with supply chain, logistics, and reporting by utilizing data. The role is responsible for the administration of the company's ERP system. This position is an important link between operational excellence and commercial performance of the Elsevier Health business.
Responsibilities
Manage in-house ERP System which is publishing-specific. Ensuring accurate and timely processes for distribution, financial and supply chain are maintained.
Managing key portals for the business to measure performance and service quality.
Managing operational/financial reporting. Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Perform regular database maintenance tasks including data entry.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, incidents, in a timely manner.
Amazon - Vendor Central management.
Ensure End of Day/End of Month processes completed successfully.
Assist with 3PL management.
Requirements
Be proficient in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Customer Service operational processes.
Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles and practices
Experience with Bookmaster or other comparable ERP software applications.
Enhance productivity and communication by becoming proficient in Microsoft software like Office Suite and Teams.
Strong analytical skills and be able to drill into data and data mapping.
