Operations And Compliance Manager

Lumia Care is inviting applications for the position of Operations & Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all Operations and quality management within Healthcare HQ, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to the highest quality standards. 

You will work closely with our Executive Director to enhance operational procedures, staff performance, client satisfaction and business growth. 

What You'll Do: 

• Manage and support our staff, including the administration and rostering team, fostering an environment of motivation, efficiency, and teamwork. 
• Oversee client management, maintaining significant hospital accounts and addressing client queries. 
• Lead financial tasks, including managing debtors and tracking monthly expenditures. 
• Engage in people management responsibilities, such as performance appraisals, staff training, and onboarding. 
• Suggest and implement improvements to optimise business functionality and quality assurance. 
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Executive Director, including regular one-on-one meetings and reporting on operational challenges and achievements. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or related setting. Particularly in a Nursing Agency type business. 
• Proficiency in managing roster accounts for 100+ staff (with at least 3 years of rostering experience). 
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff training, development, and management. 
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. 
• Experience in financial management and client relations. 
• A proactive approach to improving processes and achieving quality outcomes.
