Cubic Interiors is a market leader in the design and construction of bespoke projects throughout Western Australia. Cubic specialises in tier 1 commercial fit outs and has completed contracts on a number of Perth’s most iconic buildings including Optus Stadium, Ritz Carlton, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and the Chevron Tower fit out.
Cubic are looking to fill a Payroll and Operations Assistant contract position based in our Head Office in the Perth CBD. The role is a part-time, 12-month contract position with the possibility of extensions. You will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment across a range of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Collating and entering weekly timesheets for all employees across various work sites
- Processing the end to end weekly payroll including follow ups to meet multiple deadlines
- Point of contact for all payroll related queries
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and summaries
- Additional duties as required by the Payroll Manager and the business
- Have an understanding of awards and legislation
- Adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a payroll position
- Minimum 2-year Administration experience
- Experience with the ELMO Payroll software an advantage
- Flexibility to support the team and business
- Strong people and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- An appreciation of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with laws, regulations and standards
