Your opportunity
With over 40 branches in the Pacific Region, the Flick team is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to assist the Sydney - Hygiene branch with all its administrative needs, from onboarding and induction of new staff members to responding to customer enquiries and providing over the phone support.
Key responsibilities
- Answering the Main phone line and taking messages and answering inbound enquires
- Filing, scanning, and formatting documents
- Providing overall administrative support to the team
- Processing all invoices
- Following up payments
- Assisting with Accounts
- Using internal systems to generate reports when needed
Position requirements
- Energetic, adaptable, and creative operations assistant with a passion for customer service
- Team player who is passionate about achieving success
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to use mobile technology
- Flexibility in working hours
- Vaccinations are essential
