What’s the role?
This role sits at the intersection of product development and delivery. You will be the expert in optimising how our audience and clients experience or product. As a linchpin of our team, you will grow to own the service delivery function across a significant audience. Working alongside our founders, leadership, and product teams you will ensure our clients have a great experience with our product, our audience has exceptional care and our internal teams operate smoothly. The tasks you tackle will be diverse and your experiences will help you push your career wherever you want to take it.
What will you look after? (initially)
- Inquiry Management and Support Operations Enhancement:
- Manage and prioritise inbound inquiries effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support operations.
- Data Administration:
- Ensure seamless delivery of client services related to data.
- Maintain the accuracy of site data, both live and non-live.
- Information Resource Management:
- Oversee information management operations to ensure data accuracy.
- Uphold data integrity standards for all live and non-live content.
- Ad Operations:
- Ensure smooth delivery of advertising operations.
- Facilitate setup of new campaign bookings and maintain adherence to advertising standards.
What skills/interests might make you successful?

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
