We are looking for an experienced operations person to join our team at Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp.
The position is a permanent role working Sunday to Thursday, based in our office at Habitat Noosa.
Aspects of the role include:
- Assist management in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Build and maintain staff rosters.
- Coordinate the servicing and maintenance of company assets.
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures Manuals
- Coordinate operational and service delivery aspects of group series bookings.
- Liaise with 3rd party providers
- Manage the workplace health and safety compliance for the business.
- Supporting the guest's services team by answering inbound inquiries
Admin skills required for the role include:
- Confident using Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Experience in Respax, Newbook, Rezdy and Deputy would be an advantage.
- Workplace health and safety experience.
- General administration skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with the public.
