The Sales Operations Co-ordinator will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive sales growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, business-savvy, and enjoys working with data.The Sales Operations Co-ordinator will work closely with the sales team while providing advice and guidance to decision-makers and company leadership. You will aid in research of prospective clients, markets, and industry trends, as well as help the day-to-day logistics of the Sales organisation by creating reports and maintaining the company's CRM system (HubSpot).In this role, you will:
- Provide general sales & administrative support.
- Collect and interpret data, creating reports.
- Maintain and create spreadsheets via Excel.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and sales managers.
- Assist in new business prospects via lead generation.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes where needed.
