About the role:
WW Solutions is looking for a pro-active, motivated Operations Coordinator who will add value by providing the daily scheduling and coordination of our depot activities relating to our customer products and equipment. This position’s essential functions are to ensure that the critical KPIs are achieved through effective service delivery, as well as providing accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation (wharf/second survey & outbound) is prepared and processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Update current business systems accurately and in a time frame that meets or exceeds internal and customer key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Ensure that AQIS (Australian Quarantine) documentation and booking are made as and when required.
- Ensure all work is carried out accurately and to a standard that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
- Update the relevant systems to include process status & invoicing.
- Ensure a uniform dispatch quality of customer product.
- Authority to withhold a unit due to quality or timing issues and escalate to relevant internal stakeholders where necessary.
- Check that all workplace inspections are conducted and are compliant.
- A highly developed understanding of Quality KPI targets
- Request team leaders to carry out work request.
