We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will manage all aspects of our QLD operation. This role will be permanent full time.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight distribution for the Wardrobe World Network, utilising freight and consignment tracking portals as well as email/phone
- Liaising with shipping agents on logistics/shipping timelines for inbound containers
- Purchasing wardrobe-manufacturing materials from local and international suppliers with the use of SAP
- Scheduling contractors and employees for installs
- AP/Inventory ordering, including monitoring and ordering stock
- Customer Service duties with our clients, by phone and email
- Scheduling jobs
- Entering purchase orders from builders
- Work, Health and Safety implementation and monitoring
- General operational duties as required across Brisbane
- Work with the Operations Coordinator - NSW as required
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar Logistics/Operations role
- Experience within building, trades or construction environments or B2B/dealer networks
- Strong capability using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and preferably SAP experience
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to seek information as required
