Due to the continued growth of our business, we are expanding our Operations Team to support our Service Delivery and Project departments.
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced fire service Operations Coordinator for a full-time position. This is a newly created position reporting directly to the General Manager.
This will be a dynamic role that will coordinate the daily demand for fire services while collaborating with the Service Delivery and Project departments. The role will require daily prioritisation of tasks, liaison with Clients, and engagement with management and technicians to ensure that AEFS continues to deliver high quality services effectively and efficiently.
This role will be based in our Melbourne office with the occasional requirement to attend client sites.
About You- Experience in the fire service industry.
- Experience with fire industry data management platforms (Firemate, Uptick).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to engage & build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and our team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are a self-starter and effective problem solver.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Schedule work and allocate technicians to tasks across the Service Delivery and Project departments in consultation with key Managers.
- Engage with suppliers to order required parts.
- Engage with clients to ensure efficient completion of work and support client relationships.
- Manage daily demand for services via email and phone, including short-notice critical client activities.
- Manage associated administration to ensure timely data management and invoicing.
