Your new role

• Coordinate day to day operations of drivers runs
• First point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
• Liaise with customers to ensure contract requirements are met and jobs are completed on time
• Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
• Drive operational efficiencies and improve collection runs and service delivery
• Manage and prepare detailed reports on labor efficiencies and overall cost management
• Lead a team of drivers with a safety and training and development mindset

Skills and experience

• Heavy Vehicle licence (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience managing GPS tracking systems
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
• Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
