Think Water Capes Region are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our growing business. You will be customer focused with strong logistical and communication skills. We are a paperless company who require someone who is proficient with technology. You will be working within an environment that values and invests in its team, their ideas and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day to day operations of the Service/Install Division
Client enquiries and liaison, manage job cards, scheduling, Technician liaison
- Assist Divisions with their workflow procedures to ensure high standard of customer service
Service/Install Technicians, Designer, Warehouse and Administration
The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate:

- Ability to perform under pressure
- Positive can-do attitude
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Logistics experience
- Industry experience preferred but not essential
