12 month parental leave cover to support a highly agile operations team to ensure continued support of the organisation within the Climate space.

About the role:
The Climate Council Operations team is looking for an exceptional administrator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be an all round administrator who is able to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation. You will thrive working in an office space supporting the team, and ensuring the office is a nice place for people to come to work.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work alongside and support the operations team with all administrative tasks, including, support in the annual report, answering operational questions and just being an all round friendly face for the wider organisation.
This is a fixed-term full time role working 38 hours a week to cover parental leave. There may be a requirement to work outside of normal working hours from time to time to support events.
As an Operations Coordinator at the Climate Council you will:
- Be adaptable to the needs of the organisation and provide support across the teams are needed
- Be an excellent communicator, both in written and verbal communication
- Have experience working in a fast paced office administration, project administration events role or equivalent where you are able to multitask effectively to support the needs of the organisation.
- Be IT savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Be able to multitask effectively to support in all administrative aspects of the organisation as required by the Operations Director.
