This role is a significant stepping stone opportunity in your career as it encompasses the responsibility of operations in and out of WA and SA, both depot to depot as well as customer door to door. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will have the responsibility of managing the process including processing registrations, organising paperwork, Data entry into the systems, liaising with vehicle related goverment departments, physical inspections and above all, customer communication over the phone and by email. Resolving customer issues and communicating positive outcomes is a priority. You will need to be tech savvy, as our client has state of the art computer systems where automated operation makes things easier for you.
We are also interested in speaking with people from a customer service background in the Automotive sector that want to get their weekends back and just work Monday to Friday.
