Operations Coordinator 

• Permanent role
• Bibra Lake, Western Australia

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development in developing forward strategies for growth and business development in the area.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving through customer correspondence.
• Expedite equipment as necessary to fulfill customer demands.
• Responsible for sourcing freight movement quotations and administrating the process of mobilizing work strings international assets on a global scale.
• Work on Import/ Export documentation for equipment movement to customers in other countries.
• Organization of machine shop repairs.
• Develop & maintain relations with machine shops to aid turnaround.
• Have equipment delivered, repaired or modified as necessary.
• Generate delivery tickets, purchase orders, repair tickets and rental return tickets as necessary. 
• Assist in maintaining inventory control accuracy. 
• Maintain records of in-process order activities. Along with all documentation of rental equipment.
• Ensure all operations related paperwork is completed as per PCP.
• Inform manager(s) on inventory control and daily basis. 
• For any new assets, create an ARW for approval and relevant paperwork for further approval such as COF, IRF and PRF. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• A valid country driver’s license
• Very good verbal and written communication skills, capable of operating common office equipment, and computer-literate
• Knowledge of Handling Equipment. - Essential
• Knowledge of Drill Pipe and Tubing supplied by WSI. - Essential
• Word – Intermediate.
• Excel – Intermediate.
• OPUS. Fully compliant and understand all aspects of the system pertaining to job description. - Essential
• Outlook - Intermediate.
• Customs – Good working Knowledge.
• Contract Pricing and Terms and Conditions. – Basic, preferred.

Credentials and Experience

• The minimum education level for this position is a high school graduate or equivalent along with a minimum 5 years' experience in oilfield drilling operations. 
• The position requires a minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical-type, logistics.
