Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Frankston Tech School, developing and maintaining teaching rosters and room allocations in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Manage the overall software and equipment maintenance and procurement process, including tracking operational and consumable costs, and overseeing the annual funding application and acquittal process in support of the Director
- Support the Director in creating and delivering the tech school communications strategy, and maintain strategic relationships, alliances and partnerships with key stakeholders to promote the vision and goals of Frankston Tech School
- Work with internal Chisholm departments, and external parties, to ensure Tech School facilities and storage spaces are efficient, safe and meet Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) & Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
- Provide ongoing leadership and support to technical and operational staff, organising and facilitating scheduled meetings according to organisational policies and procedures.
ABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in management and operational leadership experience, project management, technical expertise in using organisational and communication tools including CRM’s and Learning Management Systems, experience in leading the development of promotional materials and resources to engage a wide variety of stakeholders and you have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Qualifications required for the role:
- Graduate or Bachelor's Degree with a postgraduate qualification and/or extensive experience in a relevant field.
