About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Environment and Sustainability department to lead waste and Resource Recovery operations into the future.
This position will oversee the operation of Council’s waste and Resource Recovery facilities, as well as creating a positive and productive culture and work environment, while ensuring that our waste and Resource Recovery operations maintain pace with our predicated population growth.
This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. The total remuneration package begins at $121K (Band 7) which includes superannuation and the option of a private use vehicle.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the management of operational facilities and leadership in a multi - functional organisational environment. You will be a strategic thinker and bring to the role your strong background and experience in compliance within an operational environment, to lead our operations toward the successful delivery of the Council Plan and Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy.
