We're looking for an Operations Lead to join the Operations and Performance team in this exciting role. As Operations Lead, you'll manage the development and implementation of expense management and workforce management to achieve Domain's operational performance targets. You'll be passionate about everything Analytics and have a curious nature and be a fantastic communicator, presenter, and collaborator.
What you'll do

• Lead the development, planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives that enhance Domain's operational & planning functions
• Provide analysis and recommendations relating to operational performance and metrics
• Oversee preparation of budget submissions and expense management processes
• Facilitate the establishment of workforce plans across Domain teams to meet workforce targets
• Build relationships to influence internal and external T&O stakeholders

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience in a comparable role within Banking / Technology / Insurance
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Project, PPM, SQL and knowledge of BI tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Comprehensive data and analytical skills
• Effective presentation skills with an ability to present to a wide audience
• Proven experience to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong financial/commercial acumen and proficiency in financial modelling revenue/cost drivers
