Role Overview: Displays 2 Go is seeking a talented and down-to-earth Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this key leadership role within our operations department, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimising processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of 8 coordinating daily workloads, scheduling, and regular liaising with other departments.
- Provide experienced and approachable leadership to our operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Maintain inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment, to uphold operational efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing staff is essential, ideally within the printing, design, exhibitions, display, retail shopfitting or events industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within operations management, with a demonstrated track record of success in process optimisation and team leadership.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering results.
