A bit about the role...
The position is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of all functions within BUSY Health. The Operations Manager will develop, manage and oversee the successful delivery of BUSY Health services, promote and develop a high-performance culture through effective team management, ensuring customers and clients receive quality services.
Business objectives are focused on the requirement to meet quality, performance, profitability and operational compliance goals for BUSY Health services across multiple agreements and service lines. This position will ensure that strategies are put in place that meet BUSY’s financial and performance requirements whilst maintaining a high level of contractual compliance.
This position is permanent full-time, location is flexible, though our preference is for your base to be our SE Queensland, BUSY Health office's.

So, what does an everyday look like?
- Actively participate as a member of the BUSY Health leadership team in identifying and leading the implementation of business strategies and activities
- Oversee and manage the operations of BUSY Health’s programs, and advise on strategic direction through operational initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant senior customers and stakeholders
- Ensure that all direct reports are working within the requirements of BUSY Health’s business plans, and within clinical requirements
- Lead and ensure the successful operation of BUSY Health
A bit about your experience…
- Extensive experience providing senior clinical leadership and management to a multidisciplinary team of health practitioners, preferably within the employment services sector
- Extensive knowledge regarding clinical support, supervision and clinical guidance to a range of health practitioners
- Demonstrated innovative and strategic approach to drive and establish business growth and expansion of health services
- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- Proven capacity and ability to lead, inspire, motivate, influence and develop staff
- .Highly developed IT hardware and software skills in particular extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal competencies
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, administrative procedures, and contractual and statutory requirements.
- An understanding of and experience in applying the concepts of quality management and risk management with a commitment to customer service and an achievement orientation
- An open driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Australia when required
