Western Health is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for achieving great patient outcomes and a focus on providing the right care, in the right setting, at the right time.
Our services within Chronic and Complex Care provide a comprehensive suite of innovative care models that support patients across the continuum of care. The division is rapidly growing with the expansion of @home care delivery and focus on care delivery virtually and in patient’s homes. The Operations Manager will be operationally accountable for the delivery of innovative and integrated at home services such as Medical and Nursing at Home, Nurse Practitioners, Hospital in the Home (HITH), Medical Ambulatory Day Unit (MADU) and chronic disease management programs.
You will work closely with Operations Managers, Clinical Services Directors and the Divisional Directors to directly shape the future of at home care in the west of Melbourne, through the development of innovative pathways and models of care.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the key qualities of both a manager and a leader, have strong fiscal management skills, be an excellent communicator and negotiator and a proven track record in delivering timely outcomes.
You will hold or be working towards post graduate qualifications in management and be able to work outside of the normal health service paradigm.
