At this stage of their growth plan, they have identified the need for an experienced and progressive Operations Manager to join their team to drive overall operational excellence across warehousing, logistics and inventory management. The successful applicant will be able to balance a strategic focus with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead multi-departmental operations, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration between departments.
- Oversee operations, including warehousing, logistics and inventory processes, with a strong focus on lean concepts and process control.
- Utilize your expertise in IT systems, particularly AP21, to drive improvements in KPIs, structure, and overall operational performance.
- Implement and optimize warehousing processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Take charge of managing customer service operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Foster effective communication and understanding across teams, acting as a leader of people and promoting a fast-paced, action-oriented culture.
- Identify progression opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business as it expands.
- Experience within Apparel or Fashion industry essential.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, with proven expertise in warehousing operations and lean concepts.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, particularly AP21, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and fast-paced approach, with a track record of taking action and driving results.
- Ability to navigate through change and stabilize operations during periods of significant transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
