In this contract role, you will provide operational management to the Universities Infrastructure Executive Team.
Your duties will include:
• Oversee the activities within the Office with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Supports the Office through cascading information, delegating tasks and distributing information across the Executive on their behalf, through inbox triage and shadowing meetings
• Manages the Executive Assistant to ensure high level executive support is provided
• Manages the preparation of briefing notes and advice in advance of key meetings and committees• Oversee and manage the office administration team having responsibility for office management, administration support services across key functions: HR, IT, Secretariat Support, Training and Development, as well as triaging operational issues.
This role is an ASAP start until July 2024.
