With several new energy developments on the horizon in Tasmania, a fantastic opportunity is now available to join the dynamic and rewarding world of clean energy in the role of Operations Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be a pivotal member of the Executive Team, providing strategic leadership to the high performing Operations team to ensure the business achieves safe and efficient generation of electricity to agreed cost, equipment performance targets and compliance requirements. The role will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and contractors and have a focus on the continuous improvement of business performance and processes.
The successful applicant will demonstrate relevant senior level experience in infrastructure operations, excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders. The ability to contribute to the development and management of budgets and reporting is also required. Experience with HV and SCADA Systems would be an advantage.
