Position Available: NDIS Service Provider Operations Manager

With a team of compassionate and highly trained staff members, we provide a range of short and long-term supports, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), overnight support, Support Coordination, and Plan Management.
We are currently seeking a dynamic leader with extensive NDIS experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team in coordinating, planning, and executing operational activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our services for NDIS participants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, understanding their needs, and coordinating services accordingly.
- Manage referrals, create service agreements, and ensure timely follow-up on service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with Support Workers to ensure dedication to client care, compliance, and performance.
- Lead recruitment processes to attract and retain high-caliber staff.
- Coordinate staff rosters to ensure optimal client care.
- Conduct performance management of staff members.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in identifying and developing business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships to expand the organization's reach.
- Work closely with the Accounts Manager to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations, implementing policies and procedures to maintain high levels of compliance.
- Provide flexible support for urgent operational issues outside of regular business hours.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management teams to confirm the execution of company processes.
- Prior experience in operational management within the care sector, preferably NDIS.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Business acumen with experience in business development and financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS compliance and regulatory requirements.
