This is a large Victorian Steadfast brokerage that has very good longevity throughout their business, but due to substantial portfolio growth (and their strong focus on work/life balance within their team), they are looking for an Operations Manager to overlook a commercial team
Your new role
- You will have full ownership of your commercial team. Day to-day personnel management
- Management and strategic growth of the commercial arm of the business
- Report directly to the Commercial General Manager
- Use your expert background to support your Account Executives with their portfolio growth
- Work closely with the wider business to ensure outstanding service is provided
- Identify Growth opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have your Tier 1 accredited
- 8+ Years in managing a commercial portfolio would be highly regarded
- Experience in people management is essential
- Portfolio knowledge must include Liability, PI, Biz Packs & Property
- An ambition to grow and develop a team
- All round strong communication skills and being client centric
