About the position:
- You will be someone who can hit the ground running
- Has the experience and ability to manage a range of functions - overseeing P&C (highest focus & priority), Marketing, Facilities & Maintenance, Risk Management
- Experience in the NFP service sector such as disability, community services, health, or education highly regarded
- Effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance measures, and business acumen
- Analytical mind with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Deep knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Passion for driving and exceeding expectations.
- Relevant tertiary Business qualifications
- Ability to manage a broad portfolio
