RAAFA are excited to be able to introduce the role of Operations Manager - Hospitality to the organisation. This role will focus on achieving high customer satisfaction by providing multi-site support and leadership to our teams, continually improving the service to our RAAFA Clubs and Aged Care homes. The role will require travel to sites in Mandurah, Merriwa and Bull Creek.

The role and you:
- Assist our Manager of Hospitality Services in providing leadership to the hospitality teams on site
- Proactively look for ways to continually improve the hospitality services model across the organisation
- Drive excellent customer service, assist with complaints and drive customer growth
- Drive promotions and functions
- Assist in making sure financial accountabilities
- Lead, supervise and train all Front of House Staff associated with the Licensed Clubs
- Have extensive experience managing a multi-faceted Hospitality service in multiple locations
- Demonstratable experience leading and motivating a team
- Experience dealing with budget plans, financial management practices, and related business systems
- Experience working with Catering software systems
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditaion Standards.
