The Shire of Plantagenet is seeking to appoint a Manager Operations to provide leadership and direction to the Infrastructure and Assets team in the delivery of a range of construction projects, programs, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
We are looking for a person with the following:
- Well-developed leadership, planning and organisational skills with the capacity to lead and motivate people.
- Sound working knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, parks and gardens and workshop/depot practices.
- Previous experience in a similar position in a Local Government environment.
- Sound knowledge of plan, drawing and design interpretation.
- Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of roads for local or public authorities.
- Well-developed written and communications skills.
Salary: $102,505.49 per annum
