We are seeking a forward thinking, creative change-maker to join our team in this important leadership position.About the role:As the Operations ManagerInclusive Employment Solutions, you will be instrumental in delivering our Inclusive Employment initiatives. You will be key in delivering employment outcomes for people with disability and those with barriers to employment, in commercial and government partner’s workplaces.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient service delivery of our Supported Hosted Employment (SHE), Supported Independent Employment (SIE), and consulting services, ensuring the success of our Inclusive Employment and integrated workforce growth programs. You will have operational oversight of the existing and future Inclusive Employment programs with commercial partners, which will include the implementation and operational delivery of services. As part of this activity, you will ensure our SHE and SIE Employment Coaches are actively working with the people we support to achieve their employment goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver our SHE, SIE, and consulting programs to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Lead a team of Employment Coaches in the delivery of SHE and SIE partnership programs.
- Actively engage with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and facilitate job placements for people we support in employment.
- Ensure the operational success of all employment program partnerships, including oversight of all operational requirements and budget outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate business activities to improve operational performance and outcomes determining risks and enhancing financial sustainability.
- Implement and manage strategies for quality assurance and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Create a workplace culture that promotes the opportunity for people with disabilities to learn real-life employment skills that align with their NDIS goals.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to Inclusive Employment and consulting services.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within the disability or supported employment sector with the ability to lead, inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple sites in diverse geographies.
- Track record of success in multi-site operational leadership, emphasising profitability, quality management, and customer service.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex situation including advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks associated with service delivery.
- Ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures, securing funding and managing financial risks.
- NDIS experience desirable and P&L Management experience essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Quality Assurance preferred.
