Carrington's Traffic Group is looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated Traffic ManagementOperations Manager to join our team to lead and support the growth of our traffic control division.
Reporting to the company General Manager – you will provide operational leadership and oversight of the CTS team to help manage our day-to-day operations and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive and meet our strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational plans for CTS that align with the Company Group's vision and objectives to help manage current business operations and future growth.
- Work alongside our operations team members and traffic control staff to lead and motivate the CTS team and provide support to achieve strategic, operational, financial, quality, safety, and client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with day-to-day client quality, environmental and occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations, and industry standards across the business.
- Foster strong relationships with our employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage and grow the Operations department.
About You:
- Demonstrated success in managing Traffic Management operations.
- Possess traffic control tickets.
- In-depth knowledge of traffic and civil construction regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the capability to engage with a wide range of Stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Be expected to complete a Pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol testing.
