The Role

PHSA are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional and Senior Leader to manage our Victorian Operations 

The role of Operations Manager within PHSA involves:

• Induction, training and mentoring of Rehabilitation Consultants (Physical, Psychological and Vocational) 
• Selection, recruitment and retention of industry leading Rehabilitation Consultants
• End to end management of Victorian based team members 
• Supporting our General Management Team to ensure maintenance of daily operations in Quality, Performance, Productivity and retention of staff

Essential Criteria

• AHRPA – Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist OR ESSA Exercise Physiologist
• Minimum 5 years experience working across Worksafe VIC and TAC 
• Minimum 5 years direct supervisory experience across OR service delivery 
• In depth understanding of OES and NES service delivery
• Senior leadership / managerial experience 
• Preferably based in Melbourne 
• Willingness to travel throughout Melbourne to support our expanding OR Team
