Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)
Work Hours: Standard hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility for the right candidate.

The Role:
As our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our Strata and commercial clients. This is an office-based role with key responsibilities including:
- Invoicing and job management for Strata and commercial clients.
- Communication and reporting to Strata managers, building managers, and customers.
- Quality assurance and job reviews, providing forward direction.
- Generating quotes based on trade notes.
- Stock management and overseeing programmed maintenance and compliance.
- Liaising with tradespeople and supporting the Office Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledgeable in the plumbing/building industry, ideally a qualified plumber, Strata Manager, Facilities Manager, Building Manager or Builder seeking a less stressful, off-the-tools role.
- Open to motivated individuals with less experience, willing to learn and grow with us.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
