Who we are looking for
We're looking for an experienced manager, who is a go-getter with a great attitude and is interested in kicking goals, and being a big part of us continuing to grow.
Applicants are required to have:
- High level skills and experience with management of day-to-day operations, equipment, vehicles & people
- An ability to clearly and effectively communicate with a wide range of people
- A proven ability to work and lead others positively to achieve results
- A positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
- Self motivated drive and initiative to succeed
- Experience in productivity management on-site and within schedules
- Experience and deep understanding of inventory management
- Experience in freight and logistics management
- Demonstrated success managing and planning job and team schedules on a daily basis
- Demonstrated ability to improve revenue generation and profitability within a business
- Prior experience and success in WHS management, including ability to perform safety documents, eg. SWMS, Policies & customer forms.
- Experience in managing safety procedures and ensuring that they are adhered to within the operational unit
- Strong organisational skills and an effective communication style.
- Demonstrated ability to provide training & assisting where required.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Experience and understanding in job management and CRM systems
