About the Role:
We are on the hunt for an Operations & Corporate Sales Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make some serious waves. As our Operations Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind efficiency and optimisation. You'll also be in-charge of corporate loyalty programs, corporate sales, operational excellence, and keeping our customers super happy. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and grow corporate loyalty channels, focusing on customer retention and increased engagement.
- Lead corporate sales efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate sales.
- Oversee inter-department operations that directly contribute towards revenue, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute a reputation management plan to strengthen the company's position within the industry. Ensure excellent customer support to build strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement cost-control strategies without compromising quality or operational efficiency.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners, to enhance commercial opportunities and support business expansion.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Create and implement new initiatives that support the company's broader objectives.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are in line with strategic objectives, driving profitability and maintaining competitiveness. Identify and execute opportunities to improve financial performance through revenue growth and expense optimisation.
Your background
- A keen interest in and 1-3 years of background in business operations, revenue operations or management
- A track record of exceptionalism, delivering tangible outcome
- Experience working in a start-up, scale-up or high-growth business
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to explain concepts, changes and feedback effectively
- An entrepreneurial mind with Perceptive, inquisitive, and forward-thinking
- Extreme positivity and a can-do attitude
