What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you'll oversees the execution of the BU programs/initiatives portfolio ensuring that they're aligned to Woolworths At Work's strategic objectives. This role involves managing the portfolio of programs and initiatives, implementing Agile planning and delivery frameworks, providing Business Operations support, and overseeing project management. You'll serve as the key point of contact for program and initiative execution and ways of working across the Business Unit. This role involves constant interaction with product squads, customer-facing teams, and business enablement teams from Woolworths At Work, as well as squads and Transformation teams from the broader Woolworths Group.
- Manage the portfolio of all Business Unit programs and initiatives
- Define and report on delivery KPIs, progress, and status for the programs/initiatives portfolio
- Ensure data quality and structure across portfolio/delivery management tools
- Support the leadership team in work prioritisation, issue resolution, and capacity management
- Prepare and facilitate Big Room Planning as part of the Quarterly Delivery Cycle
- Facilitate Business Unit cross-programs/initiatives ceremonies (e.g., BU Showcase, BU Initiatives progress review, Initiatives Steering Committee)
- Coordinate risk management across all initiatives and projects
- Support squads in resolving inter-squad, inter-Tribe, and inter-BU issues and dependencies
What will I bring?
- Previous Portfolio Management experience in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced data anlysis skills
- Experience working within an eCommerce and/or retail business would be advantageous
