Form of workJaggards, a dynamic and growing small-scale bullion business, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead our operational excellence and support our ambitious growth plans. This role is pivotal for someone who thrives on problem solving, improving processes, leading teams with a focus on efficiency and driving operational projects to successful completion with minimal disruption.
What You Will Be Doing:
Operational Leadership: You'll ensure all operational activities are prioritised and completed efficiently, with a strong focus on stellar customer service.
Project Management: Take charge of on-site operational projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution without interrupting our daily business flow.
Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with specialist vendors to adhere to contract, compliance and scope of works, and oversee operational budget forecasting, including annual budgets and reforecasting.
Safety and Compliance Leadership: Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture and maintaining all AML/KYC regulatory compliance across all operations.
Quality and Standards Oversight: Drive high property presentation standards across the board, from cleaning and security to customer service and maintenance.
About You:
A minimum of 3 years in similar roles, with a proven track record in retail or similar environment operations, leading to growth and enhanced performance.
A process-driven, commercially focused mindset with a knack for creating efficiencies and simplifying processes.
Exceptional foresight and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential operational issues before they impact the business.
Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team towards excellence.
Problem Solving & Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision making and a proactive approach to challenge resolution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all business levels.
Demonstrated project management prowess, adept at managing multiple initiatives with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
