About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Operations Officer to join our National Operations team.
Based in our office in Southbank, you will join a friendly and supportive team that has a wealth of industry experience and will support your professional growth and career.
Delivering a positive customer service experience to our valued internal and external stakeholders, you will provide support to our operations teams on vessel operations matters, including processing of supplier invoices and updating daily vessel movements.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Be an excellent communicator over email and phone
- Have a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- Be well organised and adept at managing your time
- Have experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working both in a team and independently.
- Have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Have a general interest and knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry. Prior experience is highly desirable!
