About your team
The Service Delivery Group is responsible for meeting DHA’s delivery objectives for high quality housing services, including, provisioning, maintenance services, stock management, housing allocation and living-in accommodation booking services. The Property function is responsible for the delivery of Developments, Constructions, Acquisitions, Sales, Leasing, Upgrades and Heritage programs.
The Strategic Provisioning team is responsible for creating a long-term supply of newly constructed leased housing for members of the Australian Defence Force, to meet forecast provisioning targets.
About your contribution
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and supplier support to deliver high volume leased housing across the country, under both short and long-term arrangements. You will achieve this through timely preparation of supplier agreements and deeds, Offers to Lease, Lease Agreements, assessing suppliers’ submitted plans for compliance and preparing property listings for promotion to investors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the team’s intranet pages, and general administrative tasks such as processing invoices.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth experience in the residential property market in sales or leasing, or in the development industry with specific emphasis on operational support to deliver team objectives.
- Demonstrated contract/lease administration experience within the residential or commercial property industry and ability to support delivery of business outcomes.
- Sound communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and staff.
- Strong technology skills in recording and processing information electronically, including use of web-based content management systems to edit intranets and websites.
- Highly developed organisational, analytical, problem solving and team collaboration skills together with sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and contribute towards business improvements that enhance the operations of the team.
