We have an opening for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Project Manager to work within our Dream Courts business, based at our Sydney (Northmead) office.
We are looking for a motivated, skilled, confident, trade manager with a passion for Sports and Courts.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations ProjectManager to join our innovative team and demonstrate your enthusiasm to manage the construction of Sports Courts across all types of surfaces and sizes.
Your purpose is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day residential and commercial site inspections of our prospective customers. You will be the point of contact between Dream Courts and our customers to arrange a mutually agreeable time to attend the site in question, providing recommendations on court layout, civil works, and timeframes. You will measure and prepare notes on site, including draft sketches of court layout and civil works. You will work tirelessly to go above and beyond to satisfy customer demands, and importantly ensure site inspection is booked in a quick and timely manner. You are the frontline of Dream Courts business and are responsible to representing Dream Courts with the utmost professionalism.
The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of Operations, Site Inspections, Customer facing, communications, and is someone who loves getting involved across all aspects of the business from coordinating trades/civils, to meeting and presenting Dream Courts products to our prospect customers.

- Provide support in areas including Operations, People and Culture, Customer Engagement

- Identify and assist with all new strategic Sales initiatives
- Maximise all Sales opportunities
Skills & Experience
You will be someone who has the ability and enjoys multi-tasking across multiple projects and reacts positively to often shifting or competing priorities.
Requirements
- Employment experience as an Installer/Carpenter/Landscaper
- Reliable, respectful, and friendly with a positive attitude
- Hands-on individual with strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail with high level lateral thinking skills
- Excellent people interacting skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Extensive industry knowledge in Sporting, Leisure, Education and Retail in a hands-on environment
- Experience within the landscaping industry would be an advantage
- Drivers Licence
This is a permanent full-time (38 hours per week) position.
