We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Warehouse team based in Glendenning. This position will report to the National Operations Manager and will manage the day to day running of the warehouse and distribution process for the site.
The role is responsible for:
- Supervising and directing day to day duties of the 10+ warehouse-based team
- Recruitment, training, & performance management
- Achieving and maintaining order picking targets to set guidelines
- Oversight of incoming and dispatched stock
- Site and asset maintenance
- Ensuring staff safety
- Invoicing
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous supervisor experience in a similar role
- The ability to work autonomously and motive the team
- A strong customer focus and good initiative
- A strong “get in and do it attitude”
- Computer literacy
- Valid forklift license – with high-reach experience
