We service clients across media, tech, fashion, auto, corporate & private as well as weddings & large activations.
We now have a position available for a Catering Dispatch Supervisor to join our growing team.
The successful applicant of this role will have experience in high volume Catering Operations & a background in logistics. They will be able to think on their feet, problem solve & have a positive can-do attitude to ensure the flow of the operation is smooth & successful every day.
We are looking for someone who can bring experience & knowledge to the role and enhance our current operation.
Overview of responsibilities:
- Complete the daily routing of catering orders to ensure every client receives their order in full, on time. A sound understanding of Sydney's roads with extra knowledge on the CBD and experience with loading docks will be beneficial.
- End to end management of our daily dispatch ensuring our delivery drivers are packed, in their vans & on the road on time each morning
- Be the direct contact person for Delivery Drivers throughout their shift who can assist them with any issues they may face out in the field. You will be the liaison between the Delivery Driver & the customer if problems arise
- Ensure that all catering orders match their corresponding order forms and that all dietary coding is correct on the boxes
- Ensure that all special requests documented on order forms are addressed
- Ensure that all QR codes or access into corporate buildings are pre-arranged and ready ahead of deliveries taking place
- Deliver catering orders if required
This is a full time role and a valid NSW drivers license is a requirement as you will be driving vans as part of your role.
