Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a person to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Minesite Transfer services in the Northern Goldfields of Western Australia.

Major responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and supervise the operations of our contracted services in the Northern Goldfields Region of Western Australia
• Attend remote sites and liaise with clients
• Ensure company compliance with relevant legislation and client standards
• Source, recruit and induct new staff
• Design, arrange and conduct workplace training including driving assessments
• Conduct workplace investigations

You will possess:

• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Understanding of OHS and Employment Legislation
• WA HR drivers' licence with PTD Endorsement

Preferred but not critical at this stage:

• Cert IV Training and Assessing 
• Cert IV Work Health & Safety

Applicant must be able to provide current police clearance and be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing.

Competitive salary package will be discussed at interview.

This position is Kalgoorlie based and FIFO will not be considered.
