Operations Supervisor

A dynamic organisation at the forefront of office technology, with an outstanding reputation for delivering service and sales excellence, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to enhance our operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in improving operational systems, processes, and policies. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for implementing day-to-day operational procedures and ensuring seamless administrative support. You will need to be energetic and proactive to develop your skills through on-the-job experience, in a supportive team environment.

Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: 

•            Provide top-tier customer service, building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

•            Resolve customer queries and escalate issues promptly.

•            Coordinate daily workflow and optimise resource utilisation.

•            Assist in staff hiring and training.

•            Monitor operations and implement improvement initiatives.

•            Prepare and present monthly reports to management.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes: 

•            5+ years of experience in a similar role.

•            Strong administration and management skills.

•            Customer service expertise.

•            Excellent communication and organisational abilities

•            Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

•            Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

•            People focused, sharing company philosophy of delivering exceptional customer service
